A young man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, decided to take on tech mogul Bryan Johnson’s intense anti-aging lifestyle for 75 days, and the results were nothing short of shocking. Johnson, a 46-year-old millionaire, spends a staggering $2 million a year on his quest to reverse the aging process, following a strict diet, exercise regimen, supplements, blood transfusions, and daily health tests.
Andrew Boyd, 23, followed Johnson’s Blueprint diet and exercise plan as closely as possible for an average person. He documented his journey on his YouTube channel, detailing his experiences and the outcomes of the program. Boyd spent about $112.34 a week on food and supplements, meal prepping for three to four hours a week, and following a strict schedule that included specific meals and workout routines.
After 75 days, Boyd claimed that his biological age was 19.2, while his chronological age was 23.7. He lost nearly 30 pounds, reduced his body fat percentage, improved his heart rate variability, stabilized his blood sugar levels, and achieved a 95% sleep score. Boyd also noted increased mental clarity and focus, feeling “good” all the time.
While Boyd saw significant results from following Johnson’s lifestyle, he admitted that prioritizing health to the extent that Johnson does is incredibly challenging. The young man emphasized the importance of using measurement and data to make informed health choices, highlighting the difficulty and dedication required to achieve such remarkable results.
