His Blueprint diet and exercise plan includes a strict diet of 2,250 calories per day consumed within a six-hour window, a one-hour exercise regimen, 111 supplements daily, blood transfusions, and daily health tests, among other things.

Andrew Boyd, the young man who took on the challenge, documented his experience on his YouTube channel. He meticulously followed Johnson’s plan, which involved ordering food and supplements in bulk, weekly grocery shopping, and spending hours meal prepping each week.

Boyd’s daily routine included consuming a variety of superfoods like the “green giant” and the “super veggie,” as well as snacks like the “nutty pudding.” He also dedicated an hour each day to exercise and maintained a consistent bedtime schedule from 9 p.m. to 5:15 a.m.

After 75 days, Boyd claimed that his biological age had dropped to 19.2, while his chronological age remained at 23.7. He also experienced significant weight loss, improved heart rate variability, stabilized blood sugar levels, and better sleep quality.

While Boyd acknowledged the positive results he achieved from following Johnson’s program, he also admitted that maintaining such a rigorous lifestyle was incredibly challenging. Despite the difficulties, he noted that his mental clarity and overall well-being significantly improved during the experiment.
